booked on to Neil's 30 for 30 offer and I got a huge deal out of it, we pin pointed what I was needing to change and ways to go about it.
Since taking on his advice and guidance I have seen a real change and starting to feel so much better.
I highly recommend Neil and his brilliant service.
For those that are cautious Neil is open and friendly, does not try to sell you on fast diets or tricks. What Neil cares bout and becomes apparent very quickly is that Neil cares and wants you to feel a sense of control.

I have known Neil for a couple of years now and have been very impressed by his knowledge of nutrition and his ability to apply his experience to a wide range of clients with differing health requirements.
As well as being highly professional, Neil is also very approachable and puts people at ease very quickly. He was recently able to give my daughter some every sound and sensible suggestions for improving her diet and health in general. He has an informative and interesting approach in advising people on the dangers of hidden sugars and processed foods and helping educate them to make sensible decisions about their eating habits without resorting to fad diets.
I would thoroughly recommend Neil's services if you are looking to improve your health, energy and overall outlook on life.

I met Neil via Brian’s Breakfast Networking Club (BBN) and it was clear from the outset that Neil knew his subject. For me, it was a very opportune meeting as I had recently turned 60 and was living an unhealthy lifestyle with no great desire to change. After just the one 1-2-1 session with Neil, I had a much better insight on how to eat healthily and a much greater incentive to do so.
I would highly recommend Neil to anyone struggling with weight loss. His straightforward approach really does help you to understand how small changes to food and exercise can really help shed those unwanted pounds..

I suffer from PCOS and Endometriosis and have been struggling with my health for a few years now.
After receiving some worrying test results, I turned to Neil for help regarding my diet. He was non-judgmental, understood my needs, and above all took them seriously. His Empower Hour session revealed a lot about my diet that was lacking, and he showed me ways to improve and provided clear advice for moving forward.
If you are struggling with your diet or have a health condition that affects your diet, I would recommend Neil as someone to work with.

Having realised that my weight had slowly over the course of a number of years crept towards being unhealthy, I took advantage of Neil's EmPower Hour. Neil advised me to keep a food diary beforehand, and during my session with him this was talked through with me to see where I was going wrong. It contained a few surprises, but Neil showed me where I could make simple changes for easy wins, which I will do. I was impressed by his knowledge and the way he explained things to me. I shall certainly carry on with the food diary for a while, to monitor my progress. Thanks, Neil.

I started to work with Neil a few months ago having suddenly been confronted by a spike in my normally stable blood pressure. The GP did all the things that you would expect and of course recommended that I lose weight.
I had been slowly and steadily putting on weight for the last twenty years and although I could lose say half a stone from time to time I inevitably ended up putting it all back on.
They do say don’t they that if you want the outcomes to change you have to change something you are doing and my change has been to engage fully with Neil and his methods. I want to know that the weight loss I am experiencing by changing my attitude towards food and its place in my life will teach me the habits that I need to maintain my goal weight for the rest of my life.
After 5 months under Neil’s guidance I have lost over 40 pounds. I feel better, I look better and I have already dropped two trouser and jacket sizes which was a real buzz. More to the point I have started to think about food in a different way and discovered that there are lots of foods and food combinations out there that will allow me to enjoy my food but maintain a healthy lifestyle.
We are only part way through my programme but I have every confidence I will hit my goal and more importantly have changed my approach such that I will be comfortable in maintaining my goal weight for the future.
Be warned Neil is not a soft touch and he can’t work with you unless you are committed to taking on board everything he has to say. He will match your commitment with his own professionalism and support.
Two years or so on and I have pretty much maintained the weight loss that I achieved with Neil's help but I have to admit I had slid back into some old habits and a few pounds had snuck back on. However I have been working with Neil recently to refresh the principles that he believes in and already I am feeling fitter and leaner!

I first met Neil in the summer of 2019. It was immediately apparent that Neil is passionate about all things nutrition and in using his knowledge to help people; people of all ages and different shapes and sizes
I guess that I may not fit the picture that most people would have of a person in dire need of advice on nutrition (I am just short of 6 feet tall, never weighed more than 13 stone (82.5 kilos) and for a 51 year old man, I remain very active). However, as Neil will tell you, nutrition is not all about weight loss; far from it.
The reason I became interested and ultimately asked Neil to work with me, was that I had always, completely and rather complacently relied on ‘my metabolism’ to take care of all of the unhealthy stuff that I ate and drank. Further, it became apparent that some of the ‘healthy’ stuff I was eating was not that healthy at all. One of the principal issues that I asked Neil to help me with was my addiction to refined sugar. Five (at least) cups of tea a day, 2 teaspoons of sugar in each cup = 50g per day x 365 = A LOT OF SUGAR! With advice and guidance from Neil and a little will power from me I now have no refined sugar at all in my tea.
Aside from completely curing my sugar addiction, Neil has managed to teach me to become more mindful about nutrition. was able to provide me with relevant information and advice on foods, my diet in general and advice on natural food supplements. Furthermore, Neil’s style was that rather than ‘instruct’ you, he convinced you to make the choices and changes yourself. Neil is clearly immensely knowledgeable but not at all dictatorial in his approach but he will use the power of accountability. Moreover, if he feels at any time that you have become disengaged with the process and may have lost focus, if he cannot help you to regain that focus, he will not simply continue to ‘take your money’. He is very professional, conscientious and ethical.
I didn’t go to Neil to lose weight but a pleasant by-product of what he has done for me is that I have lost over half a stone but more importantly, my body composition is much healthier as well as my hydration levels. I now have a metabolic age significantly below my actual age and generally feel a lot healthier too. I have also introduced a fasting day into my ‘nutritional week’ (it’s not as hard as you might think).
It follows that I can highly recommend Neil D’Silva and i-Nutrition.

“Just attended Neil’s Nine Easy Steps webinar and thoroughly enjoyed it. As the title says – East Steps to follow. We can all do this and improve our lives and the lives of others.
Neil’s style is relaxed and engaging, and his suggestions are grounded in solid professional knowledge.
Try one you’ll like it. Follow the steps your body will like it.”

I was introduced to Neil less than 3mths ag.
Having been screened and completing an application, i met with Neil for the first time in July 2019.
Wow and what a life changing meeting it was, full of relevant statistics, mentoring and coaching advice, from an extremely knowledgeable, professional, and personable man.
I am still meeting Neil on a fortnightly basis, where I am constantly updated on my progress and receive feedback on the areas that need attention. My dials are in the right area, and I feel totally confident in Neil's advice and approach. Neil provides strict advice - (in a nice manner) keeping me on track to my personal goals. I would recommend anyone who is looking to improve and hopefully conker their diabetes to not think twice about speaking with Neil (i-Nutrition) you will not regret it.
